Your role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for driving on-site operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical, communication, and leadership skills. You'll be hands-on and lead by example, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction site operations and workforce coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections
- Resolve conflicts and address on-site issues promptly
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with plans, permits, and specifications
- Allocate and manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Extensive experience in Civil Construction
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive initiative and effective decision-making skills
- Competent in plan reading
- Plant Operator tickets- Grader, Loader, excavator etc
- White Card
- Certificate IV/Diploma in Civil Construction Supervision is desirable
- Valid drivers licence

This is a full-time permanent position, based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide. $100k +Super + Car
